This puré is so delicious and it’s also great to give if your baby is constipated. Make sure that the banana is very ripe. Both banana and avocado are the safest fruits to give during first stage weaning.
I give this to my baby either for breakfast or in the afternoon.
It also makes a great smoothie for adults, just add milk and blend. My favourite smoothie. 😋
