We harvested our own organic blueberry plant yesterday and it yielded just over 1/2 kg! They kind of taste a cross between wild and cultured ones. So tasty!
It’s really hot today, its snack time and we needed something to cool us down which I think the addition of greek yogurt did a great job! Yumm, so refreshing!
Baby had his portion and so did mama. 🙂
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup blueberry
- 1 banana
- 1 large tbsp greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp water
Method
- Put the blueberries into a saucepan with water and cook for about 2-3 minutes or until the juice starts to come out.
- Let it cool down first or add sliced banana straight away and blend until you’ve reached your desired consistency.
- Add greek yogurt and serve.
