Red bell peppers are high in vitamin C, vitamin A and Magnesium. They are also packed with antioxidants. It’s best to eat them raw. Vitamin C is also needed for the proper absorption of iron and Vitamin A helps to support healthy eyesight, especially night vision. So when it comes to bell peppers, seeing red is a good thing! 🙂
Served 200ml / 7oz
Ingredients
- 1/2 red bell pepper (cut)
- 1 carrot (peeled & cut)
- 3 cauliflower florets
- 1 tsp organic cold pressed raps oil / or other plant based oil
Method
- Steam all three ingredients for 15 mins.
- Blend until you get your desired consistency.
- Add some liquid if required.
- Add 1 tsp raps oil and mix well before serving.
